Job Purpose

To support the Talent Acquisition Partner in the coordination, delivery and measurement of the talent acquisition strategy per group area with a specific focus on critical skills. This will involve leveraging a blend of direct source approaches including, but not limited to targeted applicant approaches and multi-channel position broadcasts. The role will focus on building a high quality pipeline of critical skills and capabilities through direct and indirect channels.

The position will also be responsible and accountable for the execution of local Emirati hiring activities involving, but not limited to, internship programs, graduate development programs and targeted local hiring channels with pre-specified positions as assigned by the Direct Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications and Education

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.



Commercial experience gained within a talent acquisition or recruitment function and within a structured , professional environment. Recruitment agency or search company background will also be considered.   


Direct search, sourcing and pipelining model activities.

Network sourcing activities (LinkedIn, social, referral)

Campaign Management

Client Management

Candidate process management.

Offer closing management.
