Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

What you’ll deliver

• You'll design, deliver and measure the talent acquisition strategy per group area leveraging a blend of direct source approaches including, but not limited to, recruitment branding programs, targeted applicant approaches and multi-channel position broadcasts.

• You'll collaborate with Business Partners and relevant Business Leaders to understand the roles undergoing change as part of the change program, based on the role mapping framework. You’ll provide guidance to Business Partners and Business Leaders on employee mapping, ensuring the right talent is mapped to appropriate roles. You will also provide inputs from external market perspective on the talent that can be hired in some critical/ new roles

• You'll maintain a continuous * always on* branding campaign within key market and skills sectors through Search Engine Management, Business and Social media. The objective of this is to create awareness of Dubai Airports in the passive / non-active candidate market and to encourage pipeline applications. This will mean that future applicant pools are not just limited to those actively seeking employment at the

time of the vacancy.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Human resources with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent resourcing.  

• You’ll have experience in client management, psychometric assessment interpretation, succession planning, resource risk analysis, critical skills analysis as well as focus on media effectiveness analysis and recommendation.

•You’ll have knowledge of application tracking systems
