Senior Team Leader – Airfield Civil Works

What you’ll deliver

• You'll ensure that all Civil Works planned maintenance activities and tasks are performed on time and in full to achieve full compliance.

• You'll eliminate non-productive time and ensure the cost-effective operation of maintenance activities by providing support on the revision of the Preventive Maintenance frequencies.

• You'll apply critical analysis, investigation of failures and major incidents to ensure lessons are learned and faults are eliminated.

• You'll safely operate machines and equipment as required and ensure that proper safety standards are in place and adhered to.

• You'll ensure that operational procedures, documentation and manuals are developed and reviewed as necessary and support training on new equipment or plant as required.

What you bring

•You'll be educated with a Bachelor’s Degree related in civil engineering/related, with 6 months to 3 years of relevant and overall experience. 

•You'll knowledge relevant experience in airfield maintenance, particularly runway and taxiway pavement.

•You’ll have knowledge of aviation industry regulations issued by relevant authorities, including ICAO and GCAA.

•You’ll have knowledge Maximo CMMS from user point of view.

•You’ll have written and Verbal proficiency in English language.
