Manager – HR Assessments

Job Purpose

  • Management of assessment projects and ensuring that assessments are carried out professionally and in a timely, cost effective manner, in accordance with Dubai Airports Assessment policy.
  • Support Talent Acquisition to seamlessly and professionally manage recruitment assessment projects. 
  • Carry out research and evaluation of leading-edge approaches and technologies to support high quality assessment center practices. 
Qualification & Education
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR management with Level A and P Psychological Testing Certification and accredited in Saville Questionnaires  

Experience

You will have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing teams and delivery of projects within the assessment field.

Training

Certification required in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes.
Knowledge
You are required to have knowledge of
−   Assessment processes – use and design
−   Assessment ethics and good practice
−   Psychological testing for both ability and personality
−   Up to date knowledge about innovations and technology in the assessment industry
−   Project management techniques
−   Budgeting and costing
−   Recruitment and talent acquisition
