Corporate Portfolio Office Manager - Upcoming Position
The group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it’s more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.
You will manage, track, report and facilitate implementation of Dubai Airports Corporate Portfolio Governance, processes and system as well as ensuring that the PPM solution supports the requirements at the portfolio, programme and project level.
You will prepare and present design requirements, process maps, and review technical material pertaining to the PPM solution, and work with an integrator to bring these live into operations. You will train and communicate the user community on the system.
You shall be educated to degree level and preferably have an MBA or MSc in a relevant field, a certification in any of CAPM, PMP, APMP, MOP, MSP, or PRINCE 2 Practitioner; and PPM tools is an advantage.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
•Full understanding of the processes interfacing between, Portfolio, Programme planning & Delivery, and Project Management.
•Sufficient understanding of governance, processes, corporate business planning and financial management.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, time management, & problem-solving skills.
•Management skills to work with the teams with a diversity of skills and knowledge to deliver results successfully.
•Detailed experience with portfolio, program, and project management applications such as PPM tools especially Clarity PPPM, MS Project, Primavera, and other BI tools like Tableau.
