Executive Vice President – Service & Operations
It’s the team’s aim to make sure all passengers are delighted with their airport experience – from the moment they arrive at the airport to when they board their flight. The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. Alongside others, they oversee terminal facilities such as infrastructure at security, check-in and immigration. Like them, you’ll make customers feel they’re at the heart of it all.
What you’ll deliver -You’ll lead, plan, direct and modernize service delivery across all elements of DXB and DWC operations -You’ll collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving the organizational vision for a world class facility delivering customer service to highest standards -You’ll translate the airport growth strategy into actionable goals and implementable plans for service delivery and operational performance -You’ll implement policies/procedures, goals and objectives for driving operational efficiency and enhancing productivity through achieving exceptional levels of service -In line with other internal departments, you will drive the government’s happiness agenda through passenger and employee engagement -Drive and encourage a highly motivated workforce that thrives on a fast paced ever changing environment -As a member of the Executive Committee, you are responsible for shaping the future direction of Dubai Airports
What you bring -You’ll be educated to Degree level or equivalent professional qualification -You should have at least 15+ years’ experience of which the last 5 should be within senior executive function -You’ll have a strong time management, organizational skills and ability to exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet schedules and deadlines -You’ll have an extensive and demonstrable experience in delivering high visibility, mission critical service innovation strategies within infrastructure heavy organizations -You’ll have an experience of driving performance metrics improvement programs against competitive global industry standards -Displayed exemplary commitment and passion to customer service excellence through the delivery of innovative and potentially disruptive programs -Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability build and maintain strong business relationships internally and externally; ability to build consensus manage conflict and interface at all levels
